The Frequency Response Research of Power Part Elements a One-Phase Series Active Power Filter

Many social and economic activities depend on the quality of electrical energy. Therefore, it is necessary to compensate distortion of electric energy by filtration of harmonics a current and voltage. In the case of a distortion of the supply voltage form, regardless of the nature of these distortions, a series active power filter is used. Serial power active filter according to the single-phase circuit, which includes transistor converter, passive filter, transformer, network and load. Due to the lack of recommendations for selecting filter and transformer parameters, the goal is to study their frequency characteristics for the formation a current and voltage in network winding of transformer. Using the quadripole method, the parameters of the equivalent quadripole in the complex form are calculated. A family of frequency characteristics is constructed. Analysis of these characteristics allowed formulating criteria for selecting a filter and transformer with equivalent substitution schemes. The results of research can be used to substantiate the method of selecting the equipment of the series active filter.
