Method for the Formation of a Diffraction Grating on the Semiconductors Surfaces

Method for the formation of a diffraction grating on the semiconductors surfaces using photostimulated etching technique of semiconductors with a controlled period and depth of surface modulation is presented. Gratings with varying depth of relief modulation were obtained by changing the exposure time and the concentration of the etchant.
