Implementation Buck-Boost Converter using PI Control for Voltage Stability and Increase Efficiency

Energy electricity is one of the basic needs of modern humans. Indonesia is also a tropical country that has considerable solar energy potential. But output of solar cell power is unstable depending on PV panels, total output voltage from PV panels varies greatly due to different irradiation, temperatures, and shading. This paper proposes a buck boost converter to solve unstable output voltage of PV. PI Control method becomes a solution to make a more subtle control that can make constant output voltage.
