Numerical Efficiency of Methods for Electromagnetic Transmission Problem with Analytical Regularization

in this work electromagnetic transmission problem is considered with purpose to build fast and efficient numerical algorithm which leads to numerical simulation software development to model plasmonic nanoantennas. Spectral Fourier-Galerkin method is used in conjunction with novel technique of boundary parametrization. Analytical regularization based on technique of singularity subtraction is corrected leading to exponential rate of convergence not only for smooth boundaries, but also for polygonal domains. Numerical simulation software tool allows accurate investigation of nearfield characteristics as well as far-field characteristics, even in situations when other methods are not able to do so.
