Microwave Methods for Monitoring Parameters of Dielectrics Developed in Ukraine: Overview

Some approaches to solving the inverse problem of reconstruction of the permittivity profile of multilayer dielectric structure developed by Ukrainian authors are under consideration. A number of resonator constructions for permittivity measurements suggested by Ukrainian scientist are analyzed. Some ideas for subsurface probing data processing are under discussion. The information about some original microwave components and devices, which can be applied for obtaining measuring instruments, is presented.
