Shapley Value based Customers Voluntary Demand Response Program: A Stackelberg Game Approach

Retailers stimulate customers to curtail their demand during peak pricing in demand response (DR) program. This research exhibits an advanced customers voluntary DR (CVDR) program to help retailers reduce peak demand to defer new facilities construction. In this paper, a Shapley Value (SV) based DR program is proposed to achieve fairness rebates allocation among aggregators. Simultaneously, a Stackelberg game strategy is applied to solve the retailer-customer two layers load dispatch problem. The effects of the SVDR program are studied with IEEE 33-bus distribution network. Numerical results demonstrate that the SVDR program can better enhance customers initiatives, and further reduce retailers’ cost.
