Structure of Information Technology and Method for Support of the Planning the Work of the Lecturer and Department of Higher Education Institution

The analysis of tools for supporting the management of the higher education institution (HEI) and its structural units showed the badness and inappropriateness of the ready tools for the planning the work of the lecturer and department of HEI, and the need of developing such a tool. The conducted modelling of the movement of information flows in the planning of the work of the HEI lecturer and in the planning the work of the department of HEI confirmed that due to the complexity, duration and routine of this work, it is necessary to develop the information technology for planning the work of HEI department. So the aim of this study is the development of the structure of information technology and method for support of the planning the work of the lecturer and department of HEI. This information technology will provide quick and easy planning of the work of HEI lecturer, and also will automate the forming of the plan of the work of the department with the calculated number of hours for each section of the department's work and with the calculated total work of the department for the academic year.
