THz Waves Scattering by Multilayer System of Infinite Graphene Strip Gratings

Scattering and absorption characteristics of the multilayer graphene grating are studied at THz. Every layer consists of the infinite periodic graphene strip grating embedded into dielectric slab. The analysis and numerical results for the semi-infinite multilayer system is also presented. To solve the problem the combination of methods is used. The solution for a single layer is obtained with the use of the method of integral equations. Then the properties of the finite and semi-infinite system of layers are obtained from the set of matrix equations which connects the Fourier amplitudes of the scattered field. The equations are written in the operator form.
