Rough Set Based Approach to Detect Apocryphal Survey Document

Rough set is a mathematical science of vague concept. Imprecise remarks are appropriate in many cases than precise comments. Forgery is the practice of corrupting a document by altering its content for specific intention. Extent of forgery may be expressed in terms of rough set. In this paper, we are considering survey questionnaire as documents where investigators are the authors. Data noted down on some of the questionnaire may not be genuine as dishonest investigator may copy the content from other questionnaire to generate false data. Such documents are forged and extent of forgery is measured applying rough set theory described in this paper.
