Decision Making In Case Of Inconsistent Pair Comparison Matrixes

In this paper, the authors provide a sketch for an effective method to increase the consistency of judgments in a pairwise comparison matrix. Initially, the authors identify criteria that are of great importance for experts who make judgments and then the authors propose a multi-criteria optimization task and a way to solve it. The well known properties of matrixes are mainly used as they contain paired comparisons marks, such as transitivity of judgments or consistency index for example. In the end, the article present some of results achieved during tests and also provide a validation for the suggested algorithm.
