Efficiency Improvement of Distance Education Systems Functioning Using Automated Resource Control of Wireless Environment

The article deals with the problems of voice data transmission and voice traffic control methods. The analysis is conducted, as a result of which the main problems of voice traffic control in telecommunication networks are identified. A technique for automatic control of wireless environment resources is offered, which allows reducing the amount of voice traffic transmission delay when a user is at the boundary of a service area. The purpose of this article is to expand the control theory through the development of methods for automatic control of wireless environment resources for distance education systems. The paper is of practical importance, since the proposed method of automatic control of wireless environment resources for distance education systems can be used to improve the quality of voice information transmission in telecommunication networks. The authors also analyzed the methods of voice traffic control and traffic prioritization. In addition, the change in the magnitude of the transmission delay was analyzed and its boundary values were determined for the development of a technique for automatic control of wireless environment resources.
