Development of Model of Active Noise Reduction in Internal Combustion Engines

Active noise control is a new method of solving noise reduction problems. This method can be widely used in the automotive, aircraft and engine industries. A detailed analysis of active noise cancellation systems modern algorithms was performed. The optimal solution (arrangement) based on the number of system elements for using in active vehicle silencers was substantiated and selected. The brief mathematical description of the main types of algorithms used for active noise cancellation was provided, and the overview of the selected algorithm was given. The final result of this research can be the system introduced that will meet all the modern automotive standard.
