Stand for Development of Tasks of Detection and Recognition of Objects on Image

The article discusses a stand for developing procedures on detecting and recognizing objects in images in the on-board system of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The structure of the stand and its software and hardware are shown. The software is designed to detect and recognize objects of interest on the basis of available public methods of image processing and analysis, transfer information about the image to the ground control station. The software consists of a module for determining flight parameters and interaction with cameras, a module for interaction with onboard electronic equipment, a module for detecting and recognizing objects in the video stream, a module for generating the output data flow. The method used to detect and recognize objects in the image is presented and considered. In conclusion, the authors describe the method of its use in solving the problems of designing an onboard system for an unmanned aerial vehicle.
