Combustion Furnace Control Based on Feedforward-Fuzzy Decoupling

Due to the characteristics of coupling, delay and uncertainty in combustion furnace, the conventional control algorithms are difficult to solve these problems. This paper analyzes the current research works, investigates the combustion process of combustion furnace, establishes a model of combustion furnace, and proposes a feedforward-fuzzy decoupling control algorithm, which combines fuzzy control and feedforward compensation decoupling. The experimental results indicate that the control schemes has achieved preconcerted control precision and the fuzzy decoupling control algorithm has excellent control effect. It can effectively solve the above problem and is beneficial to the technology of industrial metallurgical dust removal.
