Design of Air Source Heat Pump Intelligent Temperature Control System Based on Adaptive Fuzzy PID Control

In this design, the air source heat pump temperature process control system test device is taken as the research background, and the air source heat pump insulation water tank is taken as the research object, and the temperature control is studied. Because traditional temperature control is susceptible to external interference, and the stability and reliability of circuit design are relatively poor. Aiming at these disadvantages, an air source heat pump intelligent temperature control system based on STCS9C52 single-chip microcomputer is designed. According to the established mathematical model, the fuzzy control theory is combined with the PID controller to realize the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID control. The control process is simulated on MATLAB to study its real-time and anti-interference performance. The results show that the system has the advantages of simple overall structure, high precision of temperature control, good real-time performance, stable and reliable function, and the application value is extensive.
