Determine The Winner of The Construction Tender in Central Kalimantan Using Analysis Network Process (Case Study: LPSE Central Kalimantan)

Determine winner of the tender is important in decision making on Procurement Service Electronically (LPSE) because tender came from the Government. Tenders in Central Kalimantan is divided into three, that is construction, procurement and Consultancy. In this study, discusses about E-tendering construction. It Committee formed a working group that is compiled by the Bureau of procurement of goods and services in official site of LPSE (Procurement Services Electronically). In determining the winner of the construction tender necessary consideration and decided on the basis of reference criteria that must be fulfilled bidders. This research using ANP method (Analysis Network Process) with criteria pairwise comparison that is Administration, Technical, Price, and Qualifications. Furthermore, test consistency ratio, make supermatrix that is unweight supermatrix, weight supermatrix, limit supermatrix and rankings. The results of this research will be a consideration in Procurement Service Electronically (LPSE) for decision making in determining winner of the construction tender in Central Kalimantan. This research give contributes to a theoretically about Analysis Network Process with the awarding of the weighting on each criterion because previously the Procurement Service Electronically (LPSE) Central Kalimantan did not previously use weights system but knockout system.
