Implementation of a DC Side Sensor-less Cascaded H-Bridge Multilevel Converter for Photovoltaic System

The PV system is one of the fastest evolving systems in India. India is looking forward for the installed capacity of 25GV in middle of year 2019. The solar systems being sustainable source of energy is undergoing with the several research experiments to improve the effective energy generation. The implemented system without use of any sensor on dc side is presented in this paper. The results are discussed in detail for MATLAB and hardware environment. The system is advantageous over the other complex hardware schemes. The cost effective system is found very reliable. The AC side of the inverter has one voltage sensor. The voltage control is used for the MTTP of the system.
