Deformable Part Model-Based Vehicle Detection for UAV Vision System

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV) have been widely applied in many areas of civilian and military. Vehicle detection is one of the practical and necessary applications of UAV. To improve the detection ability of the UAV vision system, we adopt the effective deformable part model in the vehicle detection of UAV. We evaluate our method with simulative images and videos and the results show that our desired goals have been achieved.
