Analysis and Rectification of Electromagnetic Compatibility in the Design and Assembling of Electronic Products

In the process of designing and assembling of electronic products, the arrangement of chassis and cables has an important impact on the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of the system. In this paper, FDTD method is used in simulating the EMC problem caused by chassis slots and cables. Some suggestions on designing and assembling are proposed. Finally, our conclusions are further validated by the relevant experiments in the rectification of an ultrasound therapeutic instrument. It has certain guiding significance for the future EMC design.
