The Homomorphic Encryption in Pipelines Accident Prediction by Using Cloud-based Neural Network

Currently, the task of predicting the accident rate of pipelines is relevant. To solve this problem, it is proposed to use the neural networks. Calculations using neural networks located in cloud services are not secure for the transmitted data. It is proposed to use a model of information security based on homomorphic encryption.
