The report shows the description and the operating principle of the developed library for remote copying of video files fragments. Attention is paid to the description of the video file format with which the developed library is currently working and the architectural solutions that were used in the development of the library. The developed library allows you to effectively copying the specified length of time fragments of video from the device acting as a server to the client device.
