A Resource Allocation Method Based on Energy Efficiency in SCMA Systems

With the popularity of mobile networks, the energy consumption of wireless communication systems has increased dramatically. Under the advocacy of green communication, resource allocation algorithm based on energy efficiency has became a hot topic in recent years. Under the constraint of the total transmit power limitation of the base station in SCMA single cell downlink system, this paper proposed the CPI algorithm with priority of energy efficiency to jointly allocate the codebook and power. The optimization problem can be divided into two sub-problems of codebook assignment and power allocation, and then the iterative operation is used to allocate the codebook and power. Simulation analysis shows that performance of the proposed algorithm is better than tradition OFDMA system and random resource allocation in SCMA system, which can effectively utilize resources to improve energy efficiency.
