Incommensurate Fractional-Order Chaotic System and Its Circuit Implementation

The design of a chaotic circuit has been thought of as a key factor for the application of nonlinear chaotic system. In order to realize the application of chaotic systems in various engineering fields, based on three-dimensional generalized Lorentz system, a novel different fractional-order four-dimensional chaotic system, which could improve the complexity of chaotic signals, is presented. The chaotic dynamical properties of the proposed system are investigated in the way of bifurcation and phase diagram. Analysis shows that the lowest order for the different fractional-order is 3.39. What is more, the new system was achieved in analog circuits with two different design methods. A two-stage operational amplifier is used at the input end of the circuit designed by the traditional method, which has the advantages of easy selection of resistance value and reduction of input resistance value. A novel circuit, with fewer components is designed at the same time. Multisim experimental results are put forward to demonstrate the effectiveness of the circuit.
