Modular Simulation for Thickness and Tension of Five-Stand Cold Rolling

This paper establishes a five-stand cold rolling modular simulation model based on physical mechanism. Industry-recognized mathematical models with high precision are used for modeling. The physical connections and relationship between variables of the stands and strips are represented by modules. Modular programming is used to describe the operating states of the mill under various conditions. The modular simulation model of this paper has good modifiability and scalability.
