A processing algorithm for the data of urban rail tread profile

For the tread profile data of urban rail transit vehicles, after the pre-processing of discrete data to find the target data class within a certain accuracy requirement, an indirect algorithm for calculating the diameter of the rolling circle of the wheel is given. The data detected by the 2D displacement sensor is fused to obtain a complete tread curve and other tread feature values. After the data processing algorithm is put into the field engineering prototype system, the results are compared with the manual measurement values, which show that the wheel height, wheel thickness and wheel diameter are consistent with the measured results of the manual measurement standard within the allowable error range.
