Design of Morse Message Transmission Control Algorithm Based on Machine Learning

The design of Morse code transmission control algorithm based on the machine learning are carried out due to the Morse message system that lacks flexibility and fails to meet the requirements of the reporting training at low and medium speeds. According to the characteristics of the report, the messages are classified into four categories, which all are designed report control algorithms or strategies, which solves the shortcomings caused by fixed bit rate and fixed ratio reporting in an effective way, and at the same time, offers a new idea for the overall design of the system.
