Reducing the Energy Consumption of a Palletizing Robot through RobotStudio

This paper reviews the energy saving of a palletizing robot that can be achieved through the RobotStudio software. Without deduction through the kinematic model and the dynamic model of the robot, the characteristic profiles such as the cost time profile and the energy consumption profile can be achieved by utilizing the instructions and analyzer of RobotStudio, and accordingly the strategy for reducing the energy consumption can be proposed, which is an easier way to plan the energy-optimal path in engineering.
