Development of the Acoustic Isolation Node of the Ultrasonic Oscillatory System

This paper is devoted to the development and research of vibration isolation nodes of ultrasonic oscillatory systems. As a result of this work, several designs of vibration isolation nodes were developed. The developed nodes can be used in various fields of industrial production. At the same time, they provide high-precision rigid centering of ultrasonic oscillatory systems to the process equipment. Examples of such applications include dimensional machining or ultrasonic welding with a rotating oscillating system.
