Comprehensive Evaluation of Reliability and Economic on Distribution Network

This paper introduces the basic idea of cost-benefit analysis approach. On the basis of analyzing reliability index, the paper establishes the customer interruption cost models for load point reliability assessment, quantifies the reliability economically, and combines the reliability cost and reliability benefit as the comprehensive objective function of the optimal investment scheme of distribution network. Finally, combine with an example, the reliability and economy of a distribution line are evaluated by using the algorithm proposed in this paper, the reliability indices of each load point and system of the feeder and the cost of power outage are calculated, and then the results of the corresponding objective function are obtained, and the investment strategy of the distribution system network is carried.
