Analysis and Design of Self-propelled Trolley Based on Spatial RSSR Mechanism

In order to reduce exhaust emissions, a self-propelled trolley was proposed base on spatial four - bar (RSSR) mechanism. The Parameter optimization design, simulation analysis, and other methods are used to analyze the trolley's motion characteristics. Firstly, the model of the steering mechanism for the self-propelled trolley is established. Then the mathematical relationship between the steering angle of the front wheel and the crank's steering angle is obtained through simulation analysis, and the influence of the falling acceleration of the weights on the movement law of the trolley is explored. Thirdly, the model of the trolley trajectory was established, and the fine adjustment mechanism is designed through the sensitivity analysis of each key component. The material selection for the self-propelled trolley is analyzed by Abaqus simulation. Finally, the relationship between the fine adjustment mechanism and the characteristics of the trolley trajectory is analyzed compared with the calculation and experiments. The results indicate that the research method of this paper is feasible has guiding significance for the design and production of the self-propelled trolley. Compared with the traditional design of the trolley, the research method of this paper improves the adjustability and motion stability of the self-propelled trolley.
