Guest Editorial Special Issue on IEEE RFID-TA 2018 Conference

Radio frequency identification (RFID) has been invented for decades and it has a wide scope of applications. Especially, with the rapidly development of Internet of Things (IoT) in recent years, RFID technology has been attracted more and more attentions. It has become a core technology to replace the barcode in the field of contactless logistics. The IEEE International Conference on RFID Technology and Application (RFID-TA) is a flagship conference in the area of RFID, which provides the platform to share the research and experience in the wide aspects of RFID technology and applications.
