Excitation Effect of Counter Propagating Waves in Homogeneous Absorbing Isotropic Media

It has been found that irradiation of the interface between homogeneous absorbing isotropic media results in a subsurface layer. Reflection of waves at the lower boundary of the layer determines counter radiation towards the source and a wave with a negative refraction angle.
