Nonlinear Properties of the Diffraction Grating Located on a Multilayer Substrate

The diffraction of E and H - polarized waves on a multilayer diffraction grating with graphene strips is considered. The nonlinear response of the lattice at the main and tripled frequencies is studied. The angle of incidence of two orthogonally polarized wave's dependences are investigated.
