Health Status Evaluation of Switching Power Supply

The normal operation of the system is affected by the health condition of the electronic equipment used in switching voltage stabilizing power supply. In this paper, a high-precision simulation model is established and different degradation is set up. Based on EDA technology, the overall health status evaluation method of switching power supply is studied. This paper constructs a standard database of power degradation characteristics and adopts the least squares fitting method to determine the relationship between the stress factors and the output of the system. Furthermore, the actual state of the power supply under arbitrary stress combination can be evaluated. The reliability of this method is verified by the assessment of the actual state of the power of a certain anti-shock switch.
