Research on the Application, Selection and Verification of Embedded Operating System

To meet growing demands of diverse complicated computer application projects, embedded operating system (EOS) is used as the core component and crucial link between software and hardware appears huge edge in practical use. Regarding all kinds of EOSs in the market characterize different features, this paper gives an introduction to several prevailing products and compares them with each other from different aspects. Also, principles about selection which has practical significance of different EOSs are discussed. Meantime, for high-reliability system's construction, a set of effective validation ways is necessary. In face of particular difficulties, this paper summarizes the current ideas about verification to EOS including formal verification etc.
