NB-IOT Drives Intelligent Cold Chain for Best Application

The wisdom cold chain is a kind of vehicle networking application technology. The cold chain management system integrates NB-IOT wireless communication technology, temperature and humidity sensing technology, Internet of Things technology and database technology, combines intelligent control technology with cellular network and applies it to the cold chain. Finally, the whole cold chain intelligent control of products from the outbound to consumers can be realized, if there is a problem during transportation, the device will actively push the alarm information to the mobile APP and the monitoring center for real-time processing. Consumers and transporters can monitor the in-transit status and storage status of the item in real time by connecting to the APP or logging in to a third-party application such as the web. The intelligent cold chain solution proposed in this paper introduces an intelligent cold chain transportation terminal system based on narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) communication technology, and gives the system scheme, hardware design, software design and software design of the intelligent terminal system and low power design. The transportation terminal system uses STM32 as the main controller, integrates sensors such as temperature and humidity, light intensity and position information. With NB-IoT as the communication method, it can realize the monitoring of the position, status and safety of all reefer containers equipped with the intelligent terminal control. The actual operation shows that the scheme is reliable and the data transmission is stable, which has certain promotion and application value.
