Job Tracking and Assessment System Design and Implementation with UI/UX and Agile Methodology

The Graduate School of Kasetsart university was established in 1966 to support and supervise the graduate programs within the university serving both faculty members and graduate students. In 2017, Kasetsart University President announced on the rules and regulations for job assessment standard for all university employees resulting in the Graduate School's development of the Job Tracking and Assessment System. The KPIs were set in order to assess each employee's performance based on various dimensions and job perspectives. The assessment results can be applied to employees' evaluation for promotion, rewards and human resource management tasks. The Agile Methodology and UI/UX principles are applied when designing the Job Tracking and Assessment System. The evaluation results yield very good satisfaction in terms of usability and effectiveness among the Graduate School's employees.
