Defects detection of Vehicle Steering Knuckle Based on Magnetic-acoustic Multi-physical Field Coupling Technology

The rapid development of the economy has led to the development of the transportation industry, the number of automobile is growing also. The performance of the various parts of the vehicle must be tested in order to ensure the stability and safety of the vehicle during driving. The steering knuckle is a key component to the connect vehicle steering system to suspension system; the performance of steering knuckles affects the incidence rate of road traffic accidents directly. At present, there are disadvantages in the detection method. In this paper, a new method is proposed, the new method based on magnetic acoustic multi-physical field coupling technology can defects detection of vehicle steering knuckle. In this paper, the principle of magneto-acoustic coupling multi-physical field detection technology is studied, and a system based on magneto-acoustic multi-physical field coupling effect is designed. The research work in this paper provides a research basis for the application of the new method. which is conducive to the development of the new technology detection theory and the application of new technology detection methods in the automotive safety inspection industry.
