Design and Implementation of Business Processes Efficiency Analysis System

With the continuous development of information technology, most enterprises have realized office automation and the business process runs through the whole life of enterprise activities. The importance of business processes to modern enterprises is self-evident. With the development of business processes, business process reengineering as an advanced management theory has become an important issue in the production and management of modern enterprises. However, most companies do not have a efficiency analysis system to evaluate existing business processes, so they cannot effectively reengineer business processes. The system provides a reliable data reference for business process reengineering and can effectively guide companies to effectively evaluate existing business processes.
