Iterated Method for Multiple Electromagnetic Wave Scattering of Two-dimensional Sea Surface

An iterated method is proposed to investigate the multiple scattering from the two-dimensional dielectric sea surface. The iterative process is deduced from the Stratton-Chu equation and the shadowing correction is solved with the Depth-Buffer algorithm. The coupling interactions between the scattering sources are considered with the high order electromagnetic currents. The backscattering enhancement caused by the multiple scattering is verified with the simulation results. The accuracy of the iterated method is confirmed by the comparison with the two scale method and the measured data, and the influence of the sea state on the scattering intensity is also discussed.
