Selection of chosen model parameters for technical and economic analyzes of the power system

The article presents a technical and economic model used in development analyses of the Polish national power system (NPS). Selected problems and proposals for solutions allowing for the optimization of calculations for the formulated model will be presented. Practical aspects of analysis and application of results to NPS will be presented.
