Control strategy of a small-scale wind turbine generation with storage system

The production of electricity from renewable energy still the solution against the limitation of the traditional sources. The main objective of this study relates to the exploitation of green energy by using a PMSG wind turbine system combined with a battery storage system as a hybrid power system.The present paper deals with the design of the proposed power system and the development of a control strategy not only to minimize the energy loss but also to manage the coordination of the hybrid system. The obtained simulation results induced during four days in spring have been included and interpreted.
