Device to Cloud (D2C) Integration for Automated Device Management

The brewing IT trends include our everyday things that are getting digitized systematically. All kinds of personal and professional devices are getting connected. Cloud environments are empowered to capture the ground-level of cloud storage, processing and knowledge discovery. Especially home appliances, machines, transportation, business storage, and goods, etc. are increasingly connected with one another and with cloud-based applications. Radio Frequency identification (RFID) is a popular communication technology used to enable devices to talk to one another. RFID technology is capable of identifying and continuously monitoring the living and nonliving things in our daily environments. The Internet of things (IoT) refers to the ever-growing network of digitized objects. In this paper, the author discussed the secured university administration by RFID on fire based cloud and have leveraged a few mathematical formulae as tools in python to determine the current server performance level to identify where upgrades or new equipments are necessary.
