Design And Analysis Assessment Of Employee Work Objectives From Goverment Employee Digital-Base In Manado State Polytechnic

One of the supports in monitoring and evaluating the performance of the state civil apparatus or ASN is to provide facilities for the assessment of work objectives. Providing an assessment of work performance is one way that can be done to determine the ability and behavior of each ASN, especially in Manado State Polytechnic. In order to be able to do reporting and assessment well then needed a tool that can be used quickly with the right information. Based on the existing background then the problem is how to build and combine the assessment of employee objectives with the assessment of work behavior of ASN Digital based in Manado State Polytechnic by testing the application performance. The goal is to produce a digital form that has been through testing. The method used for system development is Waterfall with analysis and design using usecase diagram, data flow diagram, entity relatioanship diagram and testing done using blackbox method to see application performance. The result is an application that has been through the test using 35 respondents with the respondent giving an average value of 3.12 and this means that the application is good enough and worthy of use.
