Automatic Rating System for National Delivery Services

The deployment of online transaction where sellers and buyers do not have to meet in the same place makes the delivery of goods as one of the services that are often required by most people. Goods from sellers are shipped via delivery services and received by the buyers. So, both parties require delivery services providers. In recent days, people are easily to share their experience using national delivery service in the internet, in example through a blog. Therefore, it is possible to develop automatic rating system of delivery services. The system is done by scrapping the content of the blog using adjective-based rating system method. The method calculates the appearance of the desired adjectives with antonym and synonym expansion and generates the rating. The comparison of the proposed system with human rating shows this system has good results.
