Development of conceptual foundations of medico-statistical data mining

The article defines concepts of the foundations of medico-statistical demographic data mining. The mechanisms and tools of improvement of administration of population’s healthcare system in country and abroad are indicated. A generalized model of intellectual system of medico-statistical data processing is proposed. Management of medical personnel is characterized as a matter of decision making in fuzzy environment.
