Research on smart grid evaluation index system based on the analytic hierarchy process

Smart grid is the development direction of the future power grid. A reasonable evaluation index system of smart grid can accurately evaluate the overall development and construction level of smart grid, and can measure the difference of the smart level of regional power grid. On the basis of studying the factors of power grid security, quality, efficiency and sustainability, this paper classifies and layers the multi-evaluation indexes in the smart grid evaluation index system based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), then gives the evaluation methods of each index, and finally obtains the overall evaluation results. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
