Simulation and Design of Thin-Film Thermoelectric Generators

Design of thin-film thermoelectric generators for low power applications, for example, for power sources of human monitoring systems, has been considered in the paper. The obtained output power is from 3 μW to 56 μW and the temperature differences from 25K to 100K. The design has been based on simulation methodology proposed by the authors. The simulations have been done by finite element method using ANSYS.
