Control of Hyperglycemia and Enhancement of Regenerative Processes in Pancreas by 1,3,4-Thiadiazines at Experimental Diabetes Mellitus

Increase of insulin concentration in blood and decrease of hyperglycemia and accumulation of glycated haemoglobin HbA1

under the influence of L-17 compound from 1,3,4-thiadiazines series in alloxan diabetic rats are shown. The enhancement of regenerative processes in pancreatic islets at administration of L-17 compound was established for the first time. It can be serve as one of the mechanisms of its corrective action at experimental modeling of diabetes mellitus type 1.
