Automatic Sorting System of Large Yellow Croaker Based on Machine Vision

Aiming at the current situation of poor classification accuracy and low efficiency of seafood classification, a solution based on machine vision technology is put forward, which is mainly about automatic grading of seafood in automatic production process. Taking the large yellow croaker as an example, a control system for automatic grading line is designed. The characteristics of the body were extracted, and the classifier was established. The size classification of large yellow croaker was achieved, and the freshness was extracted according to the characteristics of sensory indexes, so as to achieve quality grading. The system can meet the needs of the classification and separation of large yellow croaker quickly and unscathed, and the performance is stable.
